Lindsay Macgregor

Lindsay lives in Biggar where she works at Atkinson-Pryce independent bookshop. She was introduced to writing at the Dundee Maggie’s Centre when she was 50 and subsequently studied part-time for an MLitt in Writing Practice and Study at the University of Dundee.  In 2015 she received a Scottish Book Trust New Writers Award and in 2017, a Hawthornden Fellowship.  Her pamphlet, The Weepers, was published in 2015 by Calder Wood Press and her poems have been published in Gutter, Dark Horse, Poetry Scotland and Poetry Review.
